REGOLAMENTO DEL PHOTO CONTEST

  1. Il concorso è sponsorizzato da @laboratoriopentoladoro @wunderbarcaffe @labottegadifotografia

  2. Nessuna quota di iscrizione, nessun acquisto o obbligo è necessario per partecipare o vincere.

  3. La durata del contest va da venerdì 21 giugno a lunedì 30 settembre 2019, alle 23:59 (ora Europa Centrale)

  4. Il contest è aperto a tutti i residenti in U.E. di 18 anni o più, con account pubblico Instagram. Gli account privati ​​non saranno ammessi alla partecipazione.

  5. I dipendenti degli sponsor e dei parenti stretti e / o quelli che vivono nella stessa famiglia dei Dipendenti non sono ammessi a partecipare al Concorso.

  6. Le candidature DEVONO essere fatte usando l'hashtag ufficiale #taorminaphotocontest.

  7. Non c'è limite al numero di fotografie per concorrente durante il periodo del contest.

  8. Le foto possono essere scattate sia con fotocamere che con smartphone.

  9. Tutte le foto devono essere state realizzate dal partecipante, che ne detiene i diritti.

  10. Ogni partecipante detiene il copyright delle proprie immagini; i credits saranno attribuiti a ciascun partecipante qualora venissero divulgati o presentati dallo sponsor.

  11. Qualora nella fotografia fossero presenti delle persone riconoscibili, il partecipante è responsabile e deve ottenere le liberatorie necessarie, nel caso fosse richiesto.

  12. Le foto che ritraggono o comunque includono contenuti inappropriati e/o offensivi, inclusi nudità provocatoria, violenza, diritti umani e/o violazioni ambientali sono severamente vietate.

  13. L'Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di modificare o sostituire i premi del contest e/o modificare il regolamento se e quando necessario, senza preavviso.

  • Premi: Gift Card. 1 ° posto: Gift Card valore € 30. 2° posto: Gift Card valore € 20. 3° posto: Gift Card valore € 15. I costi di spedizione non sono inclusi. Le Gift Card scadono il 31/12/2019.

  1. Scatta una foto creativa al Wunderbar Caffè di Taormina (Sicilia) che includa i pasticcini o i dolci di Pentoladoro - accompagnati da caffè, cappuccino, granita, aperitivo o qualsiasi altra cosa ti piaccia di più!

  2. La fotografia può essere un emozionante ritratto, una divertente scena di strada, un bel dettaglio o includere il meraviglioso paesaggio.

  3. Se non lo fai già, segui su Instagram i partner @laboratoriopentoladoro @wunderbarcaffe @labottegadifotografia.

  4. Pubblica la tua foto creativa utilizzando il nostro hashtag ufficiale del contest: #taorminaphotocontest

  5. Fatto! Promuovi la tua immagine sui tuoi canali social e invita le persone a mettere un like (ricorda: non taggare le persone direttamente nel tuo post, a meno che non siano presenti!)

Le tre foto con più like, tra tutte le immagini con di tutti i requisiti di partecipazione, vinceranno una Gift Card* da utilizzare per lo shopping sul sito pentoladoro.com; inoltre l'editor di @labottegadifotografia rilancerà con dei repost - durante il corso di tutta l'estate - le foto più interessanti sul proprio account Instagram.

I vincitori saranno proclamati all'inizio del mese di ottobre e contattati tramite messaggio privato su Instagram.

PHOTO CONTEST RULES

  1. The contest is sponsored by @laboratoriopentoladoro @wunderbarcaffe @labottegadifotografia.

  2. No entry fee, no purchase or obligation necessary to partecipate or win.

  3. The contest period will run from Friday 21 June to Monday, 30 September 2019, at 23:59 (Central European Time)

  4. The contest is open to all U.E. resident aged 18 or over, with Instagram public account. Private accounts will not be allowed participation.

  5. Employees of the sponsors and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

  6. Submissions MUST be made using the official hashtag #taorminaphotocontest.

  7. There is no limit on the number of entries per entrant during the entry period.

  8. The photos should be taken with cameras or smartphone.

  9. All the Photos must be clicked by the participant themselves and must have all the rights of the photograph(s).

  10. Each Participant retains copyright of his or her images, and credit lines will be attributed to each Participant when exhibited or presented anywhere by the sponsor.

  11. If you choose to include people in your submission, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary releases from the individuals depicted, in case required.

  12. Photos that portray or otherwise include inappropriate and/or offensive content, including provocative nudity, violence, human rights and/or environmental violation are strictly prohibited.

  13. The Organizer reserves the right to change or replace the competition prizes and/or modify the rules and regulations of the competition as and when necessary, without prior notice.

  14. Prizes: Gift Card. 1st place: Gift Card €30. 2nd place: Gift Card €20. 3rd place: Gift Card €15. Shipping costs not included. Gift Cards expire on 31 December 2019.

  15. By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. Take a creative photo at the Wunderbar Caffè in Taormina (Sicily) that includes Pentoladoro pastries — accompanied by coffee, cappuccino, granita, aperitivo or whatever you like more!

  2. It could be an amazing portrait, a cool street scene, a nice close-up or includes the stunning landscape.

  3. Follow on Instagram the partners @laboratoriopentoladoro @wunderbarcaffe @fotografiamessina

  4. Post your creative picture using the our official contest hashtag: #taorminaphotocontest

  5. Done! Promote your image on your social networks and invite people give a like (remember: don’t tag people directly in your post!)

The three photos with more likes, from among all the eligible Submissions, will win a Gift Card* for shopping on the website pentoladoro.com; the editor of @fotografiamessina will repost - during the summer - the most interesting photos on the Instagram account. 

The winners will be announced early October and contacted via private message on Instagram.
